Coaching provides a space for someone to go from functional to their BEST SELVES. The process allows for greater awareness of your strengths, and whilst gaining more understanding of yourself you can begin to shift what is not serving you in your life.
As an athlete grows and becomes more disciplined when they incorporate a coach into their training, having a life coach assists you in succeeding and developing your goals. The coach and the client work together to design a plan of action, taking into account the clients lifestyle and business.
